As women, we operate differently. We bring a whole new breath of fresh air and perspective to leadership. You just need to research the statistics on the unique qualities we offer, such as transformative leadership styles, strong communication techniques, high emotional intelligence, empathy, and collaboration and we are highly relationship-orientated.
Even if you put statistics aside, look deep into what you personally believe about what you as a female leader have to offer. We do not need to compete or compare with our male counterparts. Men are exceptional leaders and now its time to balance the scales and enable more women to step up in their own unique leadership capabilities which will in turn create more capacity and insight in organisations, boards and communities.
Flourish is delivered over a 12-month period and is divided into four specific areas that allow you to gain a deep understanding of yourself through clarity in how to empower others and apply this to your desired area.

OPENMINDED – Consistently working on self-awareness and regulation to enable your highest ability in open minded to unique perspectives and differences of opinion and to view it objectively and wholly through the other person’s lens.
UNIQUE – Having full acceptance of who you are, your unique traits, what you stand for and the confidence to communicate this in your voice whilst retaining diplomacy and respect for others.
RESILIENCE – Having the deep understanding that in leadership and in life there are fluctuations and challenges ahead and that you have the ability to view the learning that comes through the difficult moments and how to apply this to positive growth.
